Our admissions and intake team reviews every referral within one business day (24 hours).

Phone screening.
We reach out to the patient to schedule a phone screening. Generally takes 15–30 minutes.

Clinical determination.
Our clinical team reviews the pre-admission assessment and makes a determination, then reports back.
