How it works

Three steps. Same day, usually.

  1. 1. You reach out.

Call, email, or submit the verify-benefits form. Share your insurance card or member ID.

  2. 2. We verify with your carrier.

Our admissions team pulls your behavioral-health benefits directly. We’ll see your deductible, copay, coinsurance, and any prior-authorization requirements.

  3. 3. We walk you through what to expect.

In plain language. What’s covered, what isn’t, what you’d pay out of pocket, and what authorization steps come next. No mystery, no surprises, no fine print.

What about self-pay?

Self-pay is on the table. Some patients prefer not to involve insurance for privacy reasons. Others have high-deductible plans where self-pay actually works out cleaner. We’ll quote you transparent rates when you ask.

We’re also realistic about what addiction treatment costs. If we’re not financially the right fit, we’ll point you to providers who are.

One short message. Your insurance details. We come back with a clear coverage breakdown — usually the same business day.
